Here Comes Fall

Doesn't time fly? Kids are back in school and the evenings are starting to cool down. I have to tell you I'm tired of these hot days. At least we are not in the 100 degree weather anymore!

I have three more months until I have my baby and I hope it goes by fast. I am so ready. We are having a boy!! This will be our third child and our second son. We are excited. Now if we can only decide on a name.

Halloween is coming!! Pictured above is a bracelet I made for Halloween. It is an elastic bracelet with pumpkin lampwork beads and black and orange round glass beads. It is 7 inches around and fits an adult and our young girl. My eleven year old daughter tried it on and she loved it. It will be up for sale soon so check back.

(Email me to purchase this bracelet.)

A New Headband

I love headbands. I think it is a very stylish way to keep your hair out of your face. This is a new headband that I made and I wanted to share it with you. This headband is covered with a cotton fabric that is pink with white and dark pink stars and thin stripes. It is lined in the inside with a pink ribbon and all ribbon ends have been heat treated. You can find it at my etsy store.

I'm back and we have a new look!

It's been awhile since my last post. I've been really tired and have not had any energy or motivation to do anything. Why you ask? I'm having a baby!! That's right we are adding to the family. I've been feeling so much better and have actually pulled out all of my supplies so hopefully I'll be creating some new items for your princesses.

It's been a few months since I did anything so I thought with this new start, the blog needed a little refreshing. So, thanks to Roxi, the blog has a new look. I love it!!

Shamrocks!!

St. Patrick's Day is coming and you don't want to forget the green. Pictured above is a Shamrock bow and a couple of Shamrock clippies. The clippies are great for holding back those bangs or if you just want to add a little something.

A burst of color!

The weather has been so gloomy and dreary that I needed a little something to brighten up these days. I found these flowers and immediately loved the colors of them. I hope you do too. I think they will look absolutely gorgeous in some one's hair. It's time to go off and do a little bit of creating. I can't wait to show you when I'm done.

Polka Dots!!!

I haven't posted in awhile because I was sick for about two weeks and even after that I still didn't feel 100%. I did not get to do any Valentine's accessories like I had planned and I had so many ideas too. I did however work on some new things this evening and this headband is one of them. I hope you like polka dots. This headband is a 1" plastic band covered with a navy and white polka dot fabric. The inside is lined with a matching grosgrain ribbon that has been heat treated to prevent fraying. I know it looks like black but it is navy, which also happens to be one of my favorite colors. Maybe it was because of those years of having to wear a navy uniform skirt to school. lol I look forward to showing you the other items I made. One of them will keep your little one from being pinched next month. lol Have a good night!!

A New Bow

I made this bow not that long ago. I love the colors. I've always been drawn to brown. Brown is my black. There are so many colors that can go with brown. The bow above has a lime green center with brown polka dots. This bow can be made with the long tails or short tails. The long tails look really good when you wear your hair in a ponytail. This bow is attached to an alligator clip and all ends have been heat treated for fraying.

Happy New Year !!!

It's a new year and with that comes new ideas, inspirations, and new creations. I am looking forward to this new year. I have a list of new ideas that I want to work on. Pictured above is a hair bow that I recently made. I love argyle especially in these colors. This hair bow is 2 inches and is on a fully lined alligator clip. Keep checking back because there will be some exciting new accessories added to our Little Treats!
